Visitor Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all attendees (“Visitors”) of Octa Ride – Bike Fest (the “Event”) held on 21st September 2025 at Flint Cross, Royston, SG8 7PN, organised by Octa Design & Build Limited, trading as Octa Ride.

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the Event premises, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Admission & Tickets

Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or payment on the day at the gate.

Re-entry is permitted with a hand stamp.

Any persons found with Exhibitor, band or press pass that are not permitted to have so, will be ejected or if wishing to stay, a penalty of £100 will be due.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including failure to attend, late arrival, or ejection from the site.

2. Age Policy

There are no age restrictions for this event; however, children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

3. Conduct & Safety

Strictly prohibited: stunt riding, burnouts, excessive revving, or any reckless behavior on the event site.

All Visitors must obey all posted signage and follow instructions from staff and security personnel.

Access to restricted or off-limits areas is strictly forbidden.

4. Prohibited Items & Behaviour

No pets allowed on site (except registered assistance dogs with documentation).

No outside food or drink may be brought into the event.

Any individual found to be in breach of these rules may be refused entry or asked to leave the premises.

5. Photography & Media

Photography and video recording are permitted for personal use.

By entering the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes by the organisers.

6. Health, Safety & Accessibility

A professional security team and medical personnel will be present during the event.

A First Aid station is located at the main entrance.

The event takes place on a grass field; access is limited for wheelchair users and may not be suitable for all. Visitors with accessibility needs attend at their own risk.

7. Liability

The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property while on site.

Visitors are responsible for their own safety and belongings at all times.

8. General Terms

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who, in their opinion, is acting against the spirit of the event or endangering others.

These terms may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice.
